2-Day 'Snow Lynx' Nordic Ski Tour in Haanja

Estonia is a land without mountains, but Haanja stands out with its unique dome-like landscape, home to all of Estonia's highest peaks, including the highest point in the Baltics. Locals take great pride in these summits, which barely reach 300 meters above sea level, and have given each one its own name. During our two-day adventure, participants will have the opportunity to conquer the twenty tallest peaks and earn the title of "Snow Lynx."

About this trip

  • Our journey begins at the cozy café near Suure Munamäe, where we will enjoy a hearty breakfast together. In the warm indoor setting, we will distribute gear and introduce the trek ahead, sharing details about what awaits us on this thrilling expedition.

  • As we set off, we will ski through breathtaking landscapes, experiencing the beauty of nature while savoring a delicious lunch amidst the outdoors.

  • By evening, we will reach our accommodation, where a relaxing sauna and a delightful dinner await. After a day filled with exploration and camaraderie, unwind and relish the warmth of both the sauna and good company.

  • On the second day, we will continue our trek towards the peaks, culminating in an ascent of Suur Munamägi, the highest point in the Baltics.

  • To finish our adventure, we will once again gather at a cozy café where a variety of savory and sweet treats will be ready to indulge in, celebrating the memories made and the challenges conquered during our ski trek.
